Your wellbeing – applying your own oxygen mask

We are aware of the impact caring for someone with an eating disorder can have on you as a carer. It can often be a difficult role and overlooked by yourself and others.

It is really important you take time to care for your own needs and learn the art of self-compassion .

In this session we will talk about self-care, self-compassion, and have an open conversation with a lived experienced carer.
